Mystical Anatomy, Meditation & Yogic Energy Healing
A Six-Week Online Course with Harshada Wagner
November 22 – December 27, 2026
It's been a hell of a year.
For many people, 2026 has been exhausting. The uncertainty, the relentless news cycle, the pressures of everyday life, and now another election with no telling what comes next.
It's a lot to carry.
And even people who have been practicing yoga and meditation for years can find themselves anxious, depleted, disconnected from their bodies, or simply running on empty.
We need more than ways to temporarily relax. We need ways to replenish ourselves. To recover our energy. To find some stability and happiness that doesn't depend on everything in the outside world going our way.
The ancient yogis understood something about this that has largely been lost in modern yoga culture.
They understood that we have access to an extraordinary reservoir of energy and intelligence within our own being. And they developed sophisticated practices for accessing, cultivating, and working with that energy.
Worlds Within is an invitation to explore this largely forgotten dimension of yoga and discover how it can support healing, vitality, and a much deeper meditation practice.
Yoga has an energy healing tradition. Why don't more people know about it?
Most people who practice yoga have heard of the chakras. Many have experimented with Reiki, energy healing, or other modalities that work with the subtle body.
But surprisingly few have been introduced to the rich and sophisticated understanding of energy that exists within the yoga tradition.
Long before the modern wellness movement, yogis were exploring the relationship between consciousness, the physical body, and the subtle energies that animate our lives.
They developed intricate maps of the inner world, describing chakras, nāḍīs, bindus, kośas, and the movements of prāṇa and shakti.
These weren't simply philosophical concepts. They were part of a practical science of inner exploration.
Through meditation and other yogic practices, practitioners learned to experience these subtle dimensions directly and to work with them for healing, rejuvenation, and spiritual awakening.
Much of this knowledge remains unfamiliar even to experienced yoga practitioners.
Worlds Within offers an opportunity to study these teachings in the context of a living Mahāyoga tradition, with an emphasis on direct experience rather than simply collecting more spiritual information.
Learning to work with your own energy
Imagine having a deeper understanding of what happens inside you when you're anxious, exhausted, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected.
Imagine being able to recognize subtle changes in your energy and knowing practices that can help you restore balance.
Or being able to enter meditation and experience something far richer than simply trying to stop thinking.
The practices taught in Worlds Within are intended to help participants become more sensitive to their own inner experience and develop practical ways of working with their energy.
This includes learning to explore the subtle body, cultivate awareness of the energy field, and work with the living power that the yogis call Shakti.
The course also introduces Shakti Rasāyana, a yogic approach to energy healing that brings these teachings into practical application.
The emphasis throughout is on learning to work with your own energy, support your own healing, and develop a deeper relationship with the extraordinary intelligence of your body and consciousness.
Beyond the familiar chakra system
The seven chakras have become so familiar in modern spiritual culture that it's easy to assume they represent the whole of yogic mystical anatomy.
In reality, they are only one part of a much larger body of teachings. The mystics have always pointed us within to discover the vast worlds within our bodies.
The yoga traditions describe an extraordinary inner landscape, including subtle channels, centers of energy and consciousness, layers of embodiment, and points of concentrated spiritual power.
Studying these teachings can fundamentally change the way we understand meditation, healing, and the relationship between consciousness and the body.
Under the guidance of Harshada Wagner, participants will explore this inner landscape through traditional teachings and experiential practices.
Rather than simply memorizing a map of the subtle body, the invitation is to begin recognizing these dimensions through one's own awareness.
A meditation practice you can actually sustain
Many people know that meditation is good for them. Far fewer have a consistent practice that they genuinely enjoy.
It's easy to start with enthusiasm and then gradually lose momentum. Life gets busy, motivation fades, and meditation becomes another thing on the list of things we should be doing.
That's why Worlds Within includes a 40-day meditation challenge, with guided meditation audio recordings, ongoing guidance, and accountability to help participants stay engaged with their practice.
Over the course of forty days, participants will have the opportunity to establish a meaningful rhythm of meditation while exploring the teachings introduced in the weekly classes.
The goal isn't to force yourself to sit still every day or become better at controlling your thoughts.
It's to discover how enjoyable, nourishing, and powerful meditation can be when you find practices that genuinely work for you.
And to develop a relationship with meditation that continues long after the course is over.
The living tradition of Mahāyoga
Worlds Within is taught by Harshada Wagner, who brings more than thirty years of spiritual practice, teaching, and experience working with students to this course.
His work is rooted in Mahāyoga, particularly the living traditions associated with Bhagavan Nityananda of Ganeshpuri and the Nātha lineage.
These traditions understand spiritual awakening as something that involves the whole human being. The body, mind, emotions, subtle energies, and everyday life are all part of the path.
Harshada's approach is experiential, accessible, and deeply respectful of each individual's unique nature.
Rather than teaching one technique as the answer for everyone, he draws from a rich range of yogic practices to help students discover their own way into meditation and inner transformation.
Worlds Within brings this approach to the study of mystical anatomy and energy healing.
Who is this course for?
This course is particularly valuable for yoga practitioners and teachers who want to explore dimensions of yoga that are rarely covered in modern teacher trainings.
It's also for meditators who want to deepen their practice, healers and therapists interested in the yogic understanding of energy, and anyone who wants to learn practical ways of working with their own subtle body.
Perhaps you've been practicing yoga for years but feel that something essential has been missing.
Perhaps you've explored Reiki or other energy healing practices and are curious about what the yoga traditions have to offer.
Or perhaps this has simply been a difficult year, and you're ready to devote some real attention to your own healing and spiritual well-being.
No extensive background in yoga philosophy or advanced meditation experience is required.
What matters is curiosity, openness, and a willingness to practice.
