Practical Spirituality for Challenging Times
A Seven Part Video Course with Harshada Wagner
It is said, religion is to save your soul, spirituality is to save your butt. Practical Spirituality for Challenging Times is a 7 part video course that gets you rooted in YOUR core values, YOUR core virtues and gets you ready to use your practices and study of wisdom traditions to actually help you in your life, no matter what is going on.
The course is made of seven high quality videos of Harshada teaching and leading you through simple but powerful exercises designed help you be rooted in your authentic, effective spiritual practice.
The core teachings in the course come from the Bhagavad Gita's teachings about Steadfastness in Yoga and Steadfastness in Wisdom. In the course you will learn about Core Values and Core Virtues. This may seem simplistic but it is not. The Core Values exercise helps us identify what is truly important to us - actually contemplate it and write down a list of these values. The Core Virtue exercise is one where we take those values and contemplate very specific ways of being that uphold our values.
These exercises give us a very concrete way to become steadfast in wisdom.
You will also learn spiritual practices like meditation that are specifically linked to your process of getting strong and free during turbulent times.
This course is a prerequisite for Level 2 Courses and a great way to connect with Harshada and his unique modern style of sharing ancient teachings.
