Mahāyoga is the term we use to talk about the path of awakening, the path that was handed down to us from the masters of old. It's also known as Siddha Yoga and Kundalinī Mahāyoga. Our innate spiritual intelligence known as Kundalinī Shakti is at the core of Mahāyoga. The practices and teachings of Mahāyoga are all about supporting that unfolding.

In this free 90 minute master class, Harshada will talk about Mahāyoga and lead practices where we can connect to our inner power. He will talk about some of the masters of Mahāyoga and tell stories about their lives and teachings. He will also talk about the upcoming training and be available to answer questions.

The live session will be be on Zoom and recorded for later viewing.
